Ongoing mentoring

The mentoring service is continued in regularly arranged meetings, phone calls and email correspondence, which are organised to suit the client’s needs. This can span a period of six to eight quarters – though there is no time limit. In terms of content, the mentor and mentee work in particular on completing the steps agreed in the private consultation, which, depending on the situation, may need to be adapted to new circumstances – for example, discussing current business scenarios in need of clarification.
